A subprocessor is a third-party provider that Datametrics Technology S.A.C. ("Datametrics") engages to process personal data on behalf of its clients — for example to host servers, transport messages or generate automated replies. This page lists every subprocessor currently used by the website data-metrics.pro, our professional services and our applications connected to messaging platforms, including Chato (chato.lat).
1. Our commitments
- Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement with data-protection and confidentiality obligations at least as protective as those in our Data Processing Agreement.
- Each subprocessor receives only the data required for its stated purpose and may not use it for its own purposes. AI providers are used under their commercial API terms, which exclude the use of client data to train their models.
- We notify clients by email at least 15 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor that will process their data. Clients may object on reasonable data-protection grounds as described in the DPA.
- Every change is recorded in the change log at the bottom of this page.

Meta and TikTok appear in this list because message data necessarily passes through their platforms; in each case the client's business account is the account holder and the platform's own terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.
3. Payment processing
Datametrics invoices its clients directly and receives payment by bank transfer; no card data is collected or stored by Datametrics. Where card payments are enabled for a specific service, the following applies:
